My Specialisms
Clinical Insourcing
I provide clinically led insourcing support to help organisations deliver safe, consistent services in areas of high demand or operational pressure. My approach focuses on patient safety, governance, and service continuity, ensuring insourced services are designed to integrate seamlessly with existing pathways and organisational structures.
This includes advising on service models, clinical governance frameworks, workforce requirements, and mobilisation planning. I support organisations to ensure insourced services are compliant with national standards, operationally viable, and able to withstand regulatory and commissioner scrutiny.
New Service
Design
I support organisations to design, structure, and mobilise new clinical and operational services safely and effectively. This includes developing clear pathways, defining clinical roles and responsibilities, aligning governance structures, and ensuring services meet national guidance and local commissioning requirements.
My focus is on building services that are sustainable from day one, considering workforce, risk, quality, and operational delivery, rather than creating models that look good on paper but struggle in practice.
Bids & Tender
Writing
I provide bid and tender support grounded in real clinical and operational experience. This includes developing safety-led service models, writing quality and governance responses, and ensuring submissions clearly demonstrate compliance, risk management, and deliverability.
I support organisations throughout the full tender process, from early positioning and framework readiness through to submission and post-award mobilisation planning, helping ensure what is promised can be delivered safely and effectively.
Patient Pathway Mapping
I work with organisations to map and redesign patient pathways with a focus on safety, flow, and efficiency. This includes identifying risks, gaps, and duplication within existing pathways and aligning redesigned models with national guidance, workforce capability, and real-world operational constraints.
Pathway mapping is used to support service improvement, insourcing design, digital implementation, and commissioning discussions, ensuring pathways are clinically sound, operationally realistic, and patient-centred.
