My background includes serving as Head of Clinical Services at Pertemps Medical, where I led clinical insourcing operations, governance frameworks, and service development across high-demand NHS specialties.
My wider experience spans clinical insourcing strategy, business development, medical devices, oncology, vascular care, training, and advisory roles; giving me a broad, practical understanding of how healthcare services operate from design through to delivery and scrutiny.
